Outline plan: Location may change depending on swell forecast! Leaving Lower Fishguard at 10 and heading to wards Pwllgwaelod for a break/snack/lunch then return. Currently chunky swell, but wind looking ok. It will be cold! There will be a chunky swell around the middle bit - Needle rock area so not suitable for everyone.
Expected condtions: Swell 4.5 ft @ 10 secs, Wind Southerly>F4 ,local high tide 11:14 am probably raining!
